There was a chain of prayer in church
and homes between 6am and 9am on Friday 14th October.
6 a.m. Rev. Alf will began the time of prayer
with the Order of Morning Prayer from the 1936 Book of Offices (which
is very close to the 1662 Book of Common Prayer)
7 a.m. Ken Shingleton led a time of prayers
& meditations
8 a.m. Alice Rutter led meditations with
music. There was also various stations for individual prayer and
action at significant places around the church.
