Pentecost Weekend - Horton Chapel
Celebrates 200 Years of Worship!

Join us on Saturday 18th May as Horton Chapel celebrate 200 years of Ministry. There will be a John Wesley style horse ride from Oxwich through the lanes to Horton where there will be an open air service. Meet 2pm for 2:15pm for the ‘In the Footsteps of Wesley’ Walk from Oxwich Bay Car Park to Horton, (taking in Oxwich Green for a brief service). Why not come and walk with the horse? If you can't join the walk, then come to the open air service at 4pm to celebrate 200 years of the Chapel. This will be followed by soup and puddings in the Village Hall. Please reserve the date in the diary now! Everyone welcome.

On Sunday 19th May the whole Methodist Circuit in Swansea and Gower will come together for a Pentecost Celebration at Brunswick Methodist Church, St. Helen’s Road, at 6 pm. If you can only come ‘once’ on a Sunday, please make this your main service on that day!

The Celebrations at Horton continue with a Special Service of Communion and dedication of the new Organ and the outside Cross at 10:30am on Sunday 13th October 2013. The Chair of the Wales Synod, Rev. Dr. Stephen Wigley, will be our guest preacher. We plan to follow the service with a Harvest lunch.
